New paper: Stability of Radiomic Features against Variations in Lesion Segmentations Computed on Apparent Diffusion Coefficient Maps of Breast Lesions
Congratulations to Mona Pistel and co-authors on the recently published article “Stability of Radiomic Features against Variations in Lesion Segmentations Computed on Apparent Diffusion Coefficient Maps of Breast Lesions”!
Diffusion-weighted imaging combined with radiomics can help differentiate breast lesions, but segmentation characteristics may affect radiomic features. This study evaluated feature stability using a standardized pipeline on lesion segmentations, finding that certain features remained highly stable despite segmentation changes, which is crucial for accurate radiomic analysis of breast DWI data.
